We support your development with our material expertise. The new EU Directive 2019/904 on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products brings a lot of dynamism to the packaging industry. Primcut sees this as a new opportunity for innovative, sustainable packaging.
Rethink packaging
The new EU Directive 2019/904 requires single-use packaging to be recyclable. This is guaranteed as soon as packaging is made from a material that contains less than 5% foreign matter.
Primcut has participated in the development of two materialization variants that comply with the new EU Directive 2019/904 and the principle of the circular economy: the plastic-free B-bundle banding line and the paper banding with partial coating where the weld seam is intended.
